1. No Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. When you purchase a product or service from Many.so, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to:

  • You have changed your mind about a purchase
  • You bought a service by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the service
  • You are unsatisfied with our customer service
  • You can no longer access the service because it has been removed

2. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your credit card company (also known as a "dispute") for any reason, it is considered a breach of these Terms. If you file a chargeback, your account will be frozen and you agree to pay any and all fees levied by the payment processors as a result of the chargeback.

3. Exceptions

The only exception to our "No Refunds" policy is if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction specifically require us to offer refunds. In this case, we will only refund the minimum amount as required by the applicable law.
