Projects, Image Studio Beta, and Many Pro

July 5, 2023

This month, we're introducing a handful of new features! Each of these features are in beta and we are expecting to improve things here based on community feedback.

First up, we have projects.

Projects are displayed on profiles as well as on the community projects page. These are projects made by members of Many and give buyers a chance to see what work you have that is out and live in the world. Within a project page, you'll find some basic context about the project, what agency or freelancer worked on the project, what tools they used, and a link to check out the live site.

Explore projects for yourself.

If you already have a profile and want to list some projects, head to your dashboard and submit links under Public Profile or email [email protected].

Submit project links through your dashboard.

Now, one of my favorite new features, the Image Studio.

You are all proud of the reviews you're receiving from clients. So proud that we've seen lots of you already sharing screenshots of your reviews on your profile. We want you to be able to show your reviews in their full glory, along with important info like your logo, brand elements, and full context of where the review came from.

That's why we've introduced the Image Studio into beta. The image studio lets you select questions and answers from your full review and export them as testimonial images. You can access controls for showing question context, for when reviews don't make sense without the question, or if you want to simplify an image, you can disable it. You also have control over displaying the star rating, your profile logo, and background image.

If you've upgraded to a Pro profile, you'll be able to toggle the badge from Many — though we'd argue that the badge actually provides value to both you and potential buyers who are reading your reviews.

Speaking of Many Pro...

The goal of Many is to help agencies and freelancers get more leads through showing off their best side online. Buyers are looking to see reviews from clients, real projects that you've launched, and a price range. (We know, we've talked to these buyers extensively.) Once you've been gathering reviews on Many and users are actively seeking out your profile, whether through our site, your site, or social media, we want to give you the option to optimize your profile fully to convert window shoppers into buyers.

Since Many profiles are free (and will remain that way) this is a way for us to provide extra value on top of what you're already receiving, if you want to add benefits like:

- Unlimited profile, project, and review support to optimize your profile reputation

- Enhanced profile page to showcase exclusive Many Pro features

- Optimized profile and projects for buyer intent

- Removal of "Other profiles" section on your profile

- Removal of "Other projects" on project pages

- Priority listing on SEO pages (ex: /tool/webflow)

- Priority feature requests and early access to features

These features will evolve over time and are shaped by Many Pro user's needs.

Access upgrade to Pro through your dashboard.

In summary, you can now add links for live projects, create branded images to show off your reviews, and optionally upgrade to a Pro profile for some cool perks. Special thanks to Diego at Reflow for being the first Pro profile and supporting Many.

As always, reach out if you have any questions, suggestions, or just want to let us know that you like one of the new features.
