We collaborated with Mark Thom, President & CEO of RT Partners to rebrand their website. We designed and built a CMS website in Webflow, incorporated the new branding, and shared our insights about UX/UI design that would make the online experience not only visually stunning but also easy to use and understand for employers and job seekers.

Together, we defined the conversion path of RT Partners' audience through a discovery session and being actively engaged in applying feedback from his team. This website features a Homepage, an Employers page, a Job seekers page, and an About page. As an employer or job seeker professional within the insurance industry, you can submit a profile, apply directly to current openings, and hire talent by connecting with a consultant.
